_____Part of a proposal project to get this fellow on a race team, his illustration ended up my favorite bit - above the whole project itself. The goal was to portray a variety of drivers, including this one, as no-compromise, no-prisoners American Badasses. Up until now, Kyle Busch's most famous outfit was bright yellow, and featured a rainbow-progression of M&M's on the sleeves. Not exactly gritty. So - I ditched the candy-coated uniform and drew him in black, logo-free leather. The Nascar diva came out looking more like a dark action-hero than a candy salesman, and I mark that as a success.
